Description
Me wearing my "cat-fruit-clock-wake-up" t-shirt.
It was made for a contest where you had to use stock fotos of one of three possible clocks, one of three possible cats and one of three possible fruits.
I wanted to do one more artisan craft piece and I wanted to use the technicolor clock for it, because my partner really liked that clock.
Then I saw the face of the Tiger and thought it looked a bit scared. (If you only look only at the face without the body posture)
So I envisioned the tiger running away from the alarm clock, because it (and the fruit) is part of my dreams which are chased away by the ringing of the clock.
That is how it all started.
After that it was only making line outs of the single parts in the right sizes and then drawing, ironing, drawing, a bit of washing out, drawing and some more ironing.
Drawing everything on the t-shirt took about 8 to 9 hours of my Sunday.
I used special crayons for drawing on textiles.
