tablet weaving birka knots by were-were-wolfy tablet weaving birka knots by were-were-wolfy
My up to now most complicated tablet weaving piece.
I found the pattern for the knots on the loomy bin [link] .
I had a hard time to make sense of the pattern, but after I rewrote it into a bit easier readable version it worked out ok. :)
The belt is one meter long and 3.5cm wide out of mercerised cotton yarn.

The Edge is one card with blue yarn and a second card with turquoise yarn to emphasize it. Sadly the turquoise is not realy visible in the picture.

Very cool! I think I see some of the turquoise in the tassels. Too bad it doesn't show up in the picture of the weave.

It needs quite a bit of concentration and time, but the result is really satisfying. :)
Wishing you luck and patience.
