Description
Threading instructions for the patterns "wave" and "horn".
The patterns are woven as follows:
Four times all cards forwards.
Followed by for times the cards indicated by the lines above the pattern backwards and the other cards still forwards.
Repeating this will give you the "wave" pattern.
Since several cards are always turned forwards this will twist the yarn in front of those cards.
Therefore this pattern is best for shorter pieces, or it needs to be turned around once in a while.
The "horn" pattern avoids this problem by repeating the same pattern backwards and then continueing to weave once forwards and once backwards.
This leads to four times all cards forwards, then four times indicated cards backwards and the rest forwards, then four times indicated cards forwards and the rest backward, followed by four times all cards backwards.
